We made it to Maine in three days. Along the way we determined that
Belalu has two states in the car: sleeping or screaming. Luckily, she slept
great in the hotels. Essie is the opposite. He rides well in the car, but has a
hard time settling down to sleep in the hotel. So, one leg of our journey down.
All in all, it was better than I imagined. I hope I can say the same about the
plane ride to Spain on Thursday.
